By accessing or using our website and purchasing our gardening tools and equipment, including brush cutters, multi-tools, petrol strimmers, and lawnmower parts, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our website. These terms apply to everyone who visits or uses our site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
Products and Pricing
We do our best to make sure the product descriptions and prices on our site are accurate. However, sometimes errors happen. If we discover an error in the price or description of something you've ordered, we'll let you know as soon as possible. You'll then have the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price/description or cancelling it. If we can't get in touch with you, we'll treat the order as cancelled and give you a full refund.
Prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Product availability is subject to change without notice.
Orders and Payment
When you place an order through our website, you're making an offer to buy the products you've selected. We'll send you an email confirming receipt of your order, but this doesn't mean your order has been accepted. Your order is only accepted when we dispatch the products to you.
We accept various forms of payment, including major credit cards and debit cards. All payments are processed securely. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details you provide are valid and correct.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times depend on your location within the UK, but we typically aim for delivery within 3-5 working days. We use reputable couriers to deliver our gardening tools and equipment.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and depend on the size and weight of your order, as well as your delivery address. We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please make a note of it with the courier and contact us immediately. If you don't report damage within 48 hours of delivery, we may not be able to process a claim.
Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from M&R Tools. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return the products to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs). The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Please note that some items, such as petrol strimmers that have been fuelled, may not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a return authorization. You're responsible for the cost of returning the products to us. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the safe return of your items. Once we receive the returned items and verify they meet our return policy requirements, we'll process your refund within 14 days.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
